- Concrete Services Division, LLC served as Civil Subcontractor to Reco Constructors for structural concrete work associated with Glatfelter's Hardwood 4th Stage Tower at the Spring Grove mill.
- Furnished and installed the required foundation extension and repair supporting the existing tower structure.
- CSD furnished the labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to complete the assigned foundation-repair scope.
- Performed the work in accordance with Reco Constructors Drawing C-13-6, Revision 2 and the approved project requirements.
- Installed anchor bolts of sufficient length and embedment depth to develop the full strength of the bolts, as required by the subcontract.
